Insurance Account Manager

Insurance Account Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing a portfolio of insurance accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
• Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and secure competitive quotes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Recommends policy changes by analyzing customer needs.

Skills/Qualifications:  Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients; Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions; Experience in commercial insurance coverage a plus.

Requirements: Property and Casualty Insurance License required; Health and Life Insurance Licenses are not required, but highly encouraged. Attend Continuing Education classes required to maintain license.

• Office open Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. No weekend hours.
